Despite what many people claim, RAD 140 is a strong SARM and has the possibility of causing gyno at any stage of your cycle.

One thing many bodybuilders like to forgo is RAD 140 PCT after a cycle and as we’ll see, it’s very important one doesn’t skip it.

RAD 140 Gyno

In this article, we will go through why RAD 140 gyno happens, how to stop it from happening and what to do if it does occur.

Does RAD 140 Cause Gyno

RAD 140 has the ability of causing gyno, since it causes moderate testosterone suppression.

In return, this equates to less testosterone floating in your body, while your estrogen remains on the same level.

This is what we like to call estrogen dominance.

When you’re in such a state, you’re more likely to suffer from a myriad of side effects, including gyno.

As a matter of fact, most bodybuilders won’t skew their estrogen levels to the point where gyno occurs.

However, it still remains a possibility, especially if you’re prone to it.

Chances of Gyno From RAD 140

According to anecdotal reports, gyno from RAD 140 is fairly rare but still happens to around 15% of all users.

This means that nearly 1 in 6 people taking RAD 140 will suffer from gyno at some point during their cycle.

Gyno itself has a strong effect on the user; from body image issues to shame and shock at what is happening to their body.

That’s why it’s important to acquaint yourself with the risks and dangers associated with RAD 140 usage.

Precaution To Take Against RAD 140 Gyno

The first and biggest precaution against RAD 140 gyno would have to be PCT.

As previously stated, so many bodybuilders simply skip this step, thinking just because they feel good after their cycle, that it’s unnecessary.

From my experience, you can feel like a million dollars one day and wake up a shell of your former self the next day.

This especially applies to strong SARMs like RAD 140 which cause a hormonal disbalance in the body.

Next thing is pure products.

Many people will tell you this doesn’t matter as much but judging from all the side effects of impure SARMs, I beg to disagree.

Ensure you’re getting the best and purest SARMs out there by visiting my recommended companies.

Moving on, your RAD 140 dosage has to be on point.

I can’t count how many times newbies to SARMs will just take 30 or even 40mgs per day, completely disregarding all safety protocols.

While SARMs do increase testosterone levels in a dose-dependent manner, they also harbor side effects in the same way.

Please keep that in mind before upping your dosage.

Lastly, let’s talk a bit about aromatase inhibitors.

I’m not a huge fan of them, they have a lot of side effects and their overall effectiveness is questionable.

It’s not that they don’t work but it’s very hard to gouge an effective dosage on an individual basis, you would need a blood test for that.

In my YK11 Gyno article, I mention that Arimistane is a good addition to your cycle but it’s not necessary with RAD 140.

In all actuality, it might do more harm than good.

What To Do If Gyno Happens On RAD 140

If you’re one of the unfortunate ones to get gyno during or after a RAD 140 cycle, don’t fret.

I know your first instinct will be to panic but with proper care, you’ll get rid of it in no time.

First thing to do is to completely stop your RAD 140 cycle; it’s clear that your body isn’t tolerating the SARM as it should.

You have to respect that and act accordingly, lowering your dosage is a possibility for Ostarine gyno but I wouldn’t play around with RAD 140.

Next thing you should do is immediately hop on PCT.

In this case, you’ll use Clomid for four weeks, adjusting your dosage at the two-week mark.

It’s all written in the aforementioned tutorial, so be sure to read it as well.

Finally, the step many bodybuilders find the hardest is to just wait.

Your gyno will go away in four weeks of PCT and if it doesn’t, wait for a few more weeks and it should be gone.

SARMs don’t cause permanent gyno, just be patient and follow the instructions above.

Conclusion

You should respect RAD 140 as the behemoth it is.

Failing to do so may cause RAD 140 gyno and a myriad of other problems.

Morning Pros And Cons

Let’s go over the pros and cons of taking RAD 140 in the morning (the time you wake up).

Pros

There’s really only one major benefit of taking RAD 140 as soon as you wake up and that’s simplicity.

Taking Testolone everyday as soon as you wake up will make it really hard for you to miss a dosage.

Apart from that, there’s no real benefit of taking it in the morning.

Cons

More often than not, liquid RAD 140 is suppressed in alcohol. A lot of people report that they get an upset stomach if they take RAD 140 as soon as they wake up on an empty stomach. That is why it’s probably best that you eat something before dosing.

However, if you have RAD 140 in tablet form, this won’t be an issue. The bad thing about tablets, however, is that you can’t customize your dosage as you can with liquid products.

Night Pros And Cons

Now that we’ve covered the pros and cons of taking RAD 140 in the morning, let’s do the same for taking it before going to bed.

Pros

You’re very unlikely to ever miss a dosage if you have your RAD 140 by your bed and just take a dosage right before going to sleep.

On top of that, your stomach won’t be empty (unless you’re fasting) so there’s no risk of upsetting your stomach.

Cons

Some people report a hard time falling asleep when taking Testolone right before going to bed.

Taking RAD 140 at least an hour before going to bed seems to fix this issue.

Optimal Time To Take RAD 140

The truth is that there is no “optimal” time to take RAD 140. Taking it in the morning won’t make a difference in results compared to taking it before going to bed and vice versa.

If you get an upset stomach when taking RAD 140 in the morning then you should try eating something before dosing or try taking it later in the day.

You should choose a time of day that works for you and stick to taking a dosage at around the same time everyday so that you can keep the levels of the compound in your body as stable as possible during the cyce.

Conclusion

In conclusion, taking RAD 140 in the morning isn’t much different than taking it before going to sleep.

You should pick a time of day that works for you and stick to taking the compound at that time everyday.

If your stomach is easily upset, taking RAD 140 in the morning on an empty stomach might not be the best for you.

If you have a hard time going to sleep, don’t take it right before going to bed.

In this article, I’ll be comparing Ostarine (MK-2866) and RAD 140 (Testolone).

By the end of this post, you’ll know exactly how these two SARMs compare against each other when it comes to strength, muscle gains, fat loss as well as their risk profiles.

Ostarine Vs RAD 140

Let’s jump right in by first going over what Ostarine and RAD 140 actually are.

Ostarine - Short Overview

Ostarine, also known as MK 2866, is a SARM (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator) that’s most known for being the mildest but also the most researched SARM.

It has the most scientific data backing it than any other SARM on the market. It’s currently being researched to treat muscle wasting disorders and is currently in phase 2 clinical trials.

Ostarine has a very bright future in the medical space as it’s well on its way to getting FDA approval in the next 1-5 years.

It works by selectively targetting the androgen receptors. This means that it has a lot less side effects than, for example, steroids which aren’t selective and can cause side effects such as increased prostate size or overwhelming hair loss. However, it has many of the benefits of steroids such as increased muscle mass, strength, vascularity, etc.

RAD 140 - Short Overview

RAD 140, also known as Testolone is a SARM (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator).

It has the same mechanism of action as other SARMs, by selectively targetting androgen receptors in the body.

RAD 140 is one of the stronger SARMs on the market. It’s able to produce significant results in terms of muscle, fat loss and especially strength. It’s not uncommon for somebody on RAD 140 to break through their PRs (Personal Records) on their compound lifts every week.

Testolone is also infamous for being one of the best SARMs for “looks”. It has a very distinct “dry look” and doesn’t cause any water retention (like for example LGD 4033 does). On top of that, you’ll experience insane pumps in the gym when on RAD 140. All of this combined means that you’ll end up looking a lot leaner and bigger during the RAD 140 cycle in the gym mirror.

Ostarine Vs Rad 140 - Half Life

Half-life is a very important concept when it comes to SARMs. It represents the time it takes for the compound’s levels to halve in your body. This is what we keep in mind when we designate dosages in SARMs protocols.

Ostarine has a half life of 24 hours. This is a very accepted fact at this point as there have been many human studies conducted that tracked the half life of MK 2866.

RAD 140, on the other hand, has a half life of 60 hours according to a recent human study done in 2020. Now this may seem shocking but it actually doesn’t really mean much. RAD 140 (for bodybuilding purposes) should still be dosed every 24 hours at a dosage of around 10mg per day. This is what works best for most people and doesn’t supress the natural Testosterone production as hard (read our RAD 140 PCT post for more information).

For context, the study that showed a 60 hour half life used dosages of around 100mgs-150mgs, almost 15x the recommeded dosage we usually use. It’s very possible that the high half-life they discovered was a result of the eormous dosages that they administered. At dosages of 10-15mgs or lower, dosing RAD 140 is best done once every 24 hours.

In conclusion, Ostarine has a half life of 24 hours and RAD 140 has a half life of 60 hours. However, they should both be dosed every 24 hours (at appropriate dosages).

Ostarine Vs Rad 140 - Benefits

Let’s compare the benefits that you can expect from Ostarine as compared to RAD 140. We’ll go over muscle building potentil, strength gains, fat loss and more. Now obviously RAD 140 will have more impressive benefits since it’s the stronger SARM.

This does not mean that RAD 140 is the better choice, you should read through this article and go over the side effects as well. That way you can compare the benefits with the side effects so you can decide for yourself which one is better for your specific goals.

Muscle Mass

RAD 140 is a clear winner when it comes to muscle building potential.

You are likely to be able gain almost twice as much muscle mass on RAD 140 as you are on Ostarine.

Usually people are able to gain about 3-6 lbs of muscle with Ostarine and anywhere frm 4-8 with RAD 140.

It’s important to note that these supplements aren’t magic pills and that training and excercise will be two major factors. However, they do make it a lot faster and easier.

Strength

RAD 140 is one of the best SARMs for strength gains. Only a few of the strongest SARMs such as YK11 or S23 can compare.

Ostarine will definitely improve your strength considerably but it doesn’t come close to Testolone.

With RAD 140 you’re able to break through PRs almost every week.

Have you ever seen some of those fitness influencers lifting crazy numbers? A lot of those were likely on a RAD 140 cycle during that.

Strength does go down a bit after a RAD 140 or Ostarine cycle but with proper training an nutrition after the cycle you’ll be able to keep a majority of your strength gains, ending up stronger than you were before cycle.

Fat Loss

RAD 140 and Ostarine aren’t frequently used exclusively for fat loss. Usually, they are used for building muscle or body recomposition (losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time).

They are roughly equally as effective in terms of losing fat with the goal of body recomposition (or just fat loss). RAD 140 might make you build some more muscle on top of that but when it comes to measuring the fat lost, they can be both equally as good.

This does not mean that you can just eat whatever you want during a cycle and expect to lose fat. 

You have to stay in a caloric deficit to lose fat, caloric maintenance to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, or a slight caloric surplus (+100 or +200 kcal) to gain muscle and lose a small amount of fat at the same time.

Ostarine Vs Rad 140 - Side Effects

RAD 140 is a clear winner over Ostarine when it comes to just the benefits. However, we need to take a look at the side effects as well.

If we were to just care about the benefits, steroids would be the best thing in the world but we know that’s not the case.

Let’s dive in and compare the side effect profiles of MK 2866 and Testolone.

Testosterone Suppression

Both Ostarine and RAD 140 will suppress your prodution of natural Testosterone. However, Ostarine will no supress it nearly as much as RAD 140.

In fact, in the vast majority of cases, people are able to avoid doing a PCT (post cycle therapy) after their Ostarine cycle. For more information about this, read our Ostarine PCT guide.

RAD 140, on the other hand, can cause major suppression, especially when used in higher dosages. If this happens, you’ll likely need to do a proper PCT protocol for 4 weeks after the cycle. 

I recommend sticking to lower dosages with RAD 140, this way you can avoid doing a PCT and you’re body is able to recover naturally after the cycle. For more information about this read our RAD 140 PCT guide where I go over examples of RAD 140 cycles that need or don’t need a PCT.

Aggression

Ostarine doesn’t cause aggression but RAD 140 does for some people. It’s a side effect that isn’t extremely common.

Some people report that they are easily thrown off during their RAD 140 cycle.

This has never happened to me before but it happens to some people and it’s worth keeping that in mind.

Liver Toxicity

All SARMs are hepatoxic (bad for the liver) to a certain extent. Some SARMs (like YK11) are more hepatoxic than others.

Dosages are also very important, a low dosage of Ostarine is a lot less hepatoxic than an extremely high dosage of the same compound.

RAD 140 is slightly more hepatoxic than Ostarine but they are both safe in normal dosages for the period of the cycle to the point where you don’t need to worry about this unless you have some innate liver problems (talk to your doctor).

Joint Pain

Same as with aggression, joint pain is a niche side effect that not a lot of people get.

I experience joint pain on SARMs when I reach higher dosages. In order to combat this, I always keep joint support on hand and make sure to stick with low-medium dosages.

Even though Ostarine is the milder SARM, I experience more joint pain on high dosages of Ostarine than high dosages of RAD 140.

Hair Loss

A lot of people, including me, want to keep their hair and hair loss on SARMs is an important factor to keep in mind.

Ostarine causes almost no hair loss in most people. Even if you shed some hair, you’ll likely gain it back after the cycle.

RAD 140 on the other hand, is a lot harsher on your hair. A lot of people report intense shedding on their RAD 140 cycle.

Personally, I take Finasteride and that has solved my hair loss problems/concerns. If you’re not on Finasteride or Dutasteride, a good idea is to administer RU 58841 during your cycle to mitigate the hair loss.

Ostarine Vs Rad 140 - Pricing

There isn’t a major difference between Ostarine and RAD 140 when it comes to pricing. 

Testolone is sometimes slightly (10-20%) more expensive than MK 2866 but that’s really a matter of 5-15$ which shouldn’t be a determining factor for you when it comes to research chemicals (which is what SARMs are at the end of the day).

Conclusion

In conclusion, RAD 140 and Ostarine are quite similar but RAD 140 is definitely a lot stronger and thus has more side effects.

Ostarine is a clear winner for a beginner but if you have some SARMs experience under your belt, RAD 140 might be the better choice for you.

What’s all the hype about and who is better in the comparison between RAD140 vs RAD150?

That’s what I’m about to tell you today!

What is RAD140

RAD 140, also known as Testolone, is a popular SARM known for producing the best dry gains in the industry.

Just like all the other SARMs, it selectively targets androgen receptors, which leads to less side effects and less problems down the road.

It increases muscle mass and induces fat loss at a very rapid rate, it’s also considered one of the stronger SARMs out there, requiring PCT.

What is RAD150

To keep it short and simple, RAD150 is actually an iteration of RAD140, with an added ester to the compound in a process called esterification.

That’s about it, that’s all the difference between these two compounds.

Now the question is, how well does the added ester improve RAD140 and does it improve it at all?

RAD 140 VS RAD 150 - Research

We don’t know anything about RAD 150.

The sad truth is, there hasn’t been much research done on RAD 140 either, but RAD 150 is a complete mystery to us.

This poses an obvious problem; everything written about RAD 150 is not verifiable since it’s not backed by research.

However, I’ll try my best to present current anecdotal reports and update the article when more information about the compound becomes available.

RAD 140 VS RAD 150 - Results

RAD 150 seems to be a bit stronger than RAD 140, not by too much, just enough to notice a difference. 

After speaking with several people that have tried RAD 150, I would say that RAD 150 is about 10-15% more effective (on average) when compared to RAD 140.

RAD 140 VS RAD 150 - Side Effects

The side effects of RAD 150 are more pronounced, users report more hair shedding and higher aggression.

One person whom I’ve had a chat with even compared RAD 150 to YK11 in terms of both suppressiveness and other side effects.

RAD 140 VS RAD 150 - Dosage

Since RAD 150 is a bit stronger than RAD 140, I would recommend going with 5mgs per day, if you really want to try out RAD 150.

To be perfectly fair, you should be patient and wait for some research to come out before trying RAD 150.

I will personally not take it until at least some light is shone on how it really works and what its proposed mechanism is.

With Testolone, a normal dosage is about 10mg per day. However, we highly recommend you to read our RAD 140 dosage guide for more information about this.

RAD 140 VS RAD 150 - Half-Life

The purported half-life of RAD 150 is unknown, while newest research shows that RAD 140 has a half-life of 60 hours.

This makes it very difficult to determine who has an edge here but to keep things safe, I wouldn’t take RAD 150 more than once per day.

RAD 140 VS RAD 150 - Taste

People that have tried both RAD 140 and RAD 150 report the latter actually having better taste than the former.

This shouldn’t matter much but it is known that adding an ester can help with flavor.

Conclusion

I personally can’t recommend RAD 150, even though it is, by all accounts, the stronger compound.

It’s still too new and we don’t know anything about the extent of its side effects, much less the long term effects of this compound.

SARMs Summary

When someone mentions the acronym SARM, they are talking about Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators, a new class of drugs discovered in the 1990s.

Steroids do the same thing, but SARMs, who selectively target androgen receptors, don’t affect any other internal organs in the body, making them safer and more effective.

SARMs have undergone a lot of testing in the last twenty years and the outcomes of numerous studies have shown promising results with little to no side effects.

SARMs Results With Before And After Pics

Now that we’ve learned a thing or two about SARMs, it’s time to get to the main part of this article, the results themselves.

This section will also present compounds commonly stacked with SARMs, such as Cardarine, Ibutamoren and Stenabolic.

All bodybuilders featured in this section have personally contacted me and requested to be included in this article. I’m incredibly thankful to them, as without their contribution, this article wouldn’t be half of what it is today!

Keep in mind that these people put in a lot of work and the results speak for themselves. Changing the body composition this much is nowadays harder than changing your face or overall look. People can achieve that at some Korean plastic surgery clinics. Body transformations like these, however, require a lot of work and dedication.

One more thing to note is that you have to follow a strict diet and exercise protocol if you want to achieve the same results as the people below.

If you expect SARMs to do all the hard work instead, you’ll be terribly disappointed and your SARMs before and after results will be pitiable.

Ostarine Results #1

It’s pretty clear from the picture that this bodybuilder was cutting. If we take a look at his muscles, we see that he managed to preserve all of them.

Moreover, he looks even more muscular as a result of his weight and fat loss.

If I had to be the judge of it, this person lost around six to seven pounds of weight and around 3-4% of his total body fat.

The area with the noticeable improvement is definitely his stomach, as he now has a proper six-pack.

Ostarine Results #2 (+ Cardarine)

Really impressive results by this person. 

The addition of Cardarine definitely helped out, but it’s fairly obvious that hard work was put in here.

We can see a loss of around 7 to 8 pounds of weight and 4 to 5% of his total body fat. 

Vascularity also increased by a bit, stomach area and shoulders are more defined, muscle mass was preserved.

Overall, a successful cycle!

Ligandrol (LGD-4033)

Ligandrol is a full agonist of the androgen receptor and one of the most potent and suppressive SARMs in existence. Despite that, studies have shown its safety profile to be exemplary with participants tolerating the compound very well.

Ligandrol Results #1

Here we see someone that had an impressive physique even at the start of his cycle. Ligandrol made him into a behemoth and I’m not even exaggerating. 

Just look at the blatant increase in muscle mass on his biceps, arms and shoulders. 

His stomach area is also looking a bit better. 

If I had to guess, I would say that this person gained around 8 pounds of muscle mass in just eight weeks.

RAD 140 (Testolone)

Testolone is a SARM known for enabling you to put on some nice dry gains. It is less suppressive on a mg to mg basis when compared to Ligandrol but is still very potent.

RAD 140 Results #1 (+ Cardarine)

Here we see a unique cycle where the person in question decided to cut with RAD 140 and Cardarine. A bit unorthodox, but I respect it.

He was eating between 300 to 500 calories below maintenance.

From the after picture, we can assume that this bodybuilder lost around four to five pounds of weight and gained around five pounds of muscle.

The muscle increase is mostly seen in the arms and shoulders.

Vascularity is also present but is nothing to brag about.

Still a lot of work to be done, but very good results for one cycle!

This person was very fortunate to not get suppressed by the RAD 140, so he didn’t do PCT.

Usually, on a 10mgs per day dosage, I do recommend PCT.

RAD 140 Results #2

At first glance, this person doesn’t look like he changed much from his eight-week cycle.

Upon further inspection, you can see that his chest and six-pack look more developed.

Even his biceps are more defined and if you look really closely, he gained some nice vascularity on his arms.

Overall, a decent cycle by a person who already had an impressive physique to begin with.

His cycle:

At 5mgs per day, they didn’t feel the suppression experienced was worth going through PCT.

After only a month, this person recovered without problems and went on to keep all of their gains.

Andarine (S4)

Andarine is a SARM that is very similar to Ostarine but has sadly been abandoned since it causes vision impairment in people who imbue it.

However, Andarine is a better cutting agent when compared to Ostarine and some bodybuilders still use it, experiencing impressive results while on cycle.

A very impressive transformation by a popular bodybuilding YouTuber. 

He successfully used S4 to turn himself into a shredded monster!

Not all of this can be attributed to S4 alone, he also had a strict diet and exercise routine.

Despite that, it was the S4 that helped him shed at least 6% of his total body fat and around 10 to 15 pounds of weight. Note that this is all in just one cycle, so this is very impressive.

Biggest gains are definitely seen on the shoulders, also pay attention to his accentuated six-pack, just awesome.

His Andarine dosage was split into two equal parts, as Andarine has a half-life of only eight hours. 

PCT was not needed as Andarine isn’t that suppressive, especially not at the dosage this bodybuilder took. 

Last thing to note is that Ryan did experience some vision impairment during his cycle, but it all went away once he stopped imbuing Andarine.

YK11

YK11 is both a SARM and a steroid. Known for its potent effects and heavy Testosterone suppression, it is usually reserved for people with a lot of experience.

YK11 Results #1

Here we see two interesting pictures shot from the back. 

This person gained at least ten pounds of muscle during his cycle, which is very impressive.

Look at how much livelier his back is in comparison to the before picture.

There is also a noticeable decrease in the amount of body fat, I would say around 5 to 6%, which is awesome.

A strong PCT was absolutely necessary for this type of cycle. 

This person recovered without problems and kept all of his gains, so it was a happy ending.

YK11 Results #2

This person only did a six-week cycle with YK11, probably to avoid doing PCT, which is understandable. 

We see some nice improvements in the arms, especially the biceps are more defined.

Six-pack also looks sturdier.

His shoulders experienced the biggest increase and really showcase just how potent YK11 is.

This bodybuilder gained at least six pounds of muscle. 

He also told me that he was able to best all of his personal records on the big three!

S23

S23 is by far the strongest SARM available and is comparable to real steroids when it comes to potency.

Unfortunately, it hasn’t been tested on human subjects as of now, but future studies could reveal its potential in serving as a contraceptive.

S23 Results #1

This person was probably a bit shy, opting not to take his shirt off.

Not a big issue, as we can still surmise some facts based on what we have in front of us.

First of all, the increase in arm size and the general look of his biceps just shows how potent of a hardener S23 is.

Although it’s a bit hard to see, his shoulders also experienced a marked increase in size.

If I had to give an estimate, he probably gained around 8 to 9 pounds of muscle and broke all of his personal records.

MK-677 (Ibutamoren)

MK-677 or Ibutamoren is a compound that forces the pituitary gland to secrete more GH (growth hormone) into the body.

Not only that, but it also increases IGF-1 levels, which have been known to increase muscle mass.

MK-677 Results #1

This person had a lean body before starting his MK-677 cycle. After just ten weeks, we can see that he got a lot bulkier and stronger.

Biceps definitely grew by quite a bit; his shoulders look two times bigger and his entire chest area looks more defined.

He gained around ten pounds of weight, most of it in the right places.

Overall, a really good cycle, commendable results.

A stack of RAD 140 and MK-677 is popular for a reason and I think that the after picture tells the entire story.

This person gained around 11 to 12 pounds of muscle mass, it’s almost unbelievable. 

Not only that, but upon talking to him, he told me that the strength gains were insane. He bested all of his personal records and set new heights for himself, goals he never even dreamed of.

Six pack is looking awesome in the after picture, shoulders, arms and neck have all undergone a drastic transformation.

All in all, marvelous results.

Cardarine is a PPAR delta agonist, which tells us that it functions as a compound that stimulates the release of the PPAR delta nuclear receptor.

In return, this leads to benefits such as increased endurance, better lipid profile, fat loss…

Cardarine Results #1

Here we see some nice fat and weight loss. Not much muscle was gained, but still, it’s an impressive cycle by this young person.

He lost around 10 pounds of weight and 5 to 6% of his total body fat. 

This wasn’t just the doing of Cardarine alone, a proper diet and exercise routine were quintessential to his success – that’s something to keep in mind.

She is a very experienced bodybuilder who did numerous cycles with both Ostarine and Cardarine. However, this time, she decided to stack the two compounds and the results are amazing.

She gained a six pack, lost a formidable amount of weight and best of all, she looks fit as hell.

She told me that she lost nine pounds of weight and 5% of her total body fat.

Stenabolic (SR9009)

Bodybuilders call it ‘exercise in a bottle’ for a reason, as it massively improves endurance and leads to great benefits to be experienced.

Sadly, Stenabolic suffers from poor bioavailability, but there is one way around it.

Stenabolic Results #1

Here we see someone that took Stenabolic on its own. There is a small issue, that being the fact that Stenabolic doesn’t build muscle.

Everything this bodybuilder achieved in the muscle department was thanks to hard work alone.

However, Stenabolic helped him lose ten pounds of weight and over 5% of his total body fat.

Due to his impressive weight and fat loss, this bodybuilder managed to get himself a six pack!

Stenabolic doesn’t suppress our Testosterone levels since it’s not androgenic. Therefore, PCT is not needed.

My SARMs results

I’ve been in bodybuilding since the age of 15 and I’ve used SARMs on and off for the last six years of my life.

I’ve tried every SARM on the market, from Ostarine to S23.

Here are my SARMs results:

Ostarine

I remember losing 5% of my total body fat and around six pounds of weight. 

Best of all, I kept all of my previous gains and looked amazing in the mirror!

Ligandrol

Ligandrol got me a bit suppressed towards the end of my cycle, even at 2,5mgs per day. 

That was no fun, but I still managed to gain eight pounds of muscle mass and enough strength to surpass my previous limitations.

RAD 140

RAD 140 remains one of my favorite SARMs simply for the fact that I broke the 1000-pound club with the help of the strength it bestowed me with.

I put on around eight pounds of muscle mass and lost 5% of my total body fat. Not too shabby.

Andarine

I’m going to be honest with you guys, I didn’t really like Andarine. 

The vision impairment was serious enough that I was a danger to myself and others while driving my car and the gains weren’t worth it.

I did manage to lose 6% of my total body fat and 8 pounds of weight.

YK11

I was a beast on YK11, the experience was otherworldly!

I gained a hefty 15 pounds in just one eight-week cycle. The side effects did bother me a bit, but I managed to power through.

S23

S23 had me feeling like I was on real gear. I even had a bit of ‘roid rage’ at the end of my cycle.

Despite that, I gained around 17 pounds of muscle in just one cycle. 

I trained like a monster, almost every day.

As you can see, SARMs bestow the user with awesome benefits while harboring minimal side effects. 

I hope that I’ve managed to convince you to at least give SARMs a shot.

Before jumping on your first cycle, be sure to read the next section carefully.

Tips to get the best SARMs results

With six years of experience under my belt, it’s safe to say that I know what I’m talking about.

Here is six years of self-experimentation summarized in a few words:

  • Stick to eight-week cycles 
  • Stick to recommended dosages
  • Keep your diet clean
  • Exercise regularly 
  • Take note of the half-life of SARMs
  • Be aware of the side effects
  • Do a blood test before, during and after your cycle
  • Buy your SARMs from vetted and trusted vendors.

All these points are equally important, but the last one takes home the bacon. You can do everything right, but if your SARMs are not pure or in the worst-case scenario, not SARMs at all, you’re screwed.

Please, for your own sake, only buy SARMs from the vendors I’ve personally tried and tested.

Conclusion

We’ve seen so many great SARMs before and after results in this article. 

You too can achieve such results provided you follow the guidelines and keep your diet and exercise routines in check.

Most SARMs are supported by actual science and their safety and effectiveness has been evaluated in numerous studies.

Despite only being a partial agonist of the androgen receptor, RAD 140 is still quite suppressive and at higher dosages, PCT is most definitely needed.

The purported benefits of RAD 140 are:

  • Reduced prostate size
  • Increased fat loss

RAD 140 also has some side effects to its name, with the two biggest concerns being an increase in irritability and aggression. Testosterone suppression will also be present.

All of these adverse effects are manageable provided you’re properly acquainted with them.

RAD 140 Results With Before And After Pics

Now it’s time to get to the crux of this article.

We will explore eight different transformations of people who have taken RAD 140. 

If you would also like your RAD 140 results to be featured, please consider contacting me.

Before showing you any pictures or results, we have to get one thing clear: RAD 140 won’t be able to do the job alone.

In the end, you can consider it as a tonic, something that bestows you with more power to change yourself into a better version, but you have to do the grunt work.

None of the following people you’ll meet got where they are today by being a couch potato, so please keep that in mind before getting any wrong ideas about RAD 140 or SARMs in general.

Presenting an accurate picture of SARMs has always been my goal and that remains unchanged after all these years.

This means that the results you see below are achievable by hard work alone, but it would take the people in question two or three times the amount of time to get to where they are now without RAD 140.

RAD 140 Results #1

As we can see from the picture, the subject gained around 8 pounds of muscle mass and his entire upper body obtained a more defined look. 

Note the muscle increase on the biceps, the firmness of his shoulders and the increased vascularity.

Overall, this is a perfect representation of what an average eight-week cycle does to a person, so long you keep up with your diet and exercise routine.

The person in question was lucky enough to not need PCT for his cycle. However, I do recommend PCT for four weeks on RAD 140 at dosages of 10mgs or more.

RAD 140 Results #2

At first glance, this person didn’t change much, but what we have to take into consideration is the fact that he was already ripped in the first place.

Looking at the picture with a trained eye, we can notice that he gained about five to six pounds of muscle mass, his vascularity is also a lot more pronounced, shoulders are a bit broader and the chest area is more defined.

All in all, great results for someone who had an impressive physique in the first place. The thing is, once you reach a certain level of body fat percentage and muscle mass, the grind becomes quite hard. 

His cycle:

As you can see, a four-week PCT was warranted as the subject got quite suppressed near the end of his cycle.

RAD 140 Results #3 (+ MK-677)

Stacking RAD 140 with MK-677 is never a bad choice and we can see that from the pictures above. 

Pay special heed to his arms – the increase is huge! It looks to me like he doubled the size of his biceps in just a couple of weeks.

All the other parts of his body are also definitely more pronounced, just take a look at his wrists, stomach, shoulders and neck area – all of them have experienced a marked increase!

If I had to judge how many pounds this person gained, I would say around 15 to 20. I know it sounds insane, but the pictures speak for themselves. The biceps alone probably account for at least 6 to 7 pounds.

This is an excellent example of utilizing the power of MK-677 as a PCT. Not only does the bodybuilder in question avoid some of the negative effects of SERMs, but he also gets to reap the benefits of MK-677!

RAD 140 Results #4 (+ Cardarine)

This is a complete body recomp, just look at how much more muscular the person in the after picture looks, almost like it’s a completely different person.

It’s pretty clear that this guy lost at least 5% of his total body fat and gained around 7 to 10 pounds of muscle mass.

Another great transformation which would have been impossible without proper dieting, kudos to this bodybuilder!

His cycle:

This person didn’t feel the suppression of RAD 140 so he skipped out on PCT.

RAD 140 Results #5

The person in question only took RAD 140 for six weeks, since it was his first time and he was concerned about side effects.

Luckily for him, he didn’t experience any adverse effects and managed to finish his cycle without problems. 

We don’t see that much of a transformation here, but the results are definitely noticeable.

Main areas where improvement is visible are his chest area, bicep and shoulder width.

Last thing to mention is that this bodybuilder didn’t do PCT, since it wasn’t needed considering his cycle length.

RAD 140 Results #6

This bodybuilder has obviously used RAD 140 for a bulk and the results are clearly visible.

Note how much more swole this person looks on the right picture. It’s clear as day that he took his cycle seriously. 

This is where proper dieting and a bit of a kick from RAD 140 gets you.

Simply amazing, he lost at least 6% of his total body fat and gained around 7 to 8 pounds of muscle mass.

Given the shorter frame of this person, the results are even more pronounced!

Taking 15mgs of RAD 140 every day for eight weeks will suppress you quite a bit, and that’s why Clomid is used to alleviate the negative effects of Testosterone suppression, as it is the strongest and most effective SERM for the job.

RAD 140 Results #7 (+ Stenabolic)

This is a great stack for a cut and the person on the picture clearly knew what he was doing before he took on the challenge.

He lost around 5 to 6 pounds of weight, around 5% of his total body fat and most importantly, preserved all of his muscle. It might seem like he even gained some muscle as well, but speaking from experience, that’s not the case. It’s just an illusion created by the fact that the person in question is now leaner.

Stenabolic is especially viable during a cut, as you’re able to shed off excess weight with ease thanks to the boost in cardio this compound brings to the table.

His cycle:

No PCT was needed as only 5mgs of RAD 140 was imbued.

RAD 140 Results #8

Here we can see what happens when someone takes the plunge and goes all out. 

Note: This is not recommended for beginners and is potentially dangerous.

We can see an increase of around eight to ten pounds of muscle mass and a loss of about 6% of his total body fat.

There isn’t a part of his body which hasn’t improved in some way, so this is what we call a complete transformation.

This bodybuilder did PCT with Clomid for six weeks. This is a bit uncommon, but it was probably necessary as one month is simply not enough to recover from 20mgs of RAD 140 per day.

My RAD 140 Results

I will now be revealing my own RAD 140 before and after results.

Before starting, I would just like to say that I’ve done multiple successful cycles with RAD 140 in the past, and I never had any bigger issues with it.

This compound might not be as researched as some other SARMs, but it still safe and effective.

Strength

For starters, what has to be mentioned is that the hidden power of RAD 140 comes in the strength boost you receive. It’s insane how much more powerful it makes you and the sort of pump it gives you is just crazy.

The first time I felt like I was on something with RAD 140 was around the two-week mark. I remember lifting my usual weights and feeling bored, not because of the routine, but because the weights were too easy to lift!

It was at that point that I realized that RAD 140 would propel me into new heights.

Muscle Gain

Let’s talk a bit about muscle gain: It was a gradual process from the beginning, and I remember gaining, on average, around a pound of muscle mass for every week of training.

Looking at my muscles near the eight-week mark, I felt ready for a contest! They were toned, well-defined and hard to the touch. 

Fat Loss

Moving on, the next thing I noticed was fat loss. I always had issues with shedding off abdominal fat, but with the help of RAD 140, it became a breeze.

It was absolutely unbelievable.

I was losing around 1% of my total body fat every two weeks and it showed no signs of stopping, even when I was nearing the end of my cycle.

Vascularity

Last but not least, the vascularity. I could write a book just about that. I felt like a real man whilst looking at myself in the mirror, and the furtive glances of the ladies helped propel my confidence.

I opted for a weaker dosage of just 5mgs per day as to avoid PCT, but even at that dosage, my gains were really good. 

The only side effect I experienced on a 5mg dosage was irritability – I would sometimes snap without reason and that bothered me a bit.

Other than that, it was smooth sailing!

RAD 140 showed me the true strength of SARMs and in my opinion, bodybuilders looking to improve their physique should jump in on the opportunity and hop on a cycle themselves.

Tips To Get The Best Results

After doing a few cycles with RAD 140, I can confidently assert that the following three tips will make your cycle miles better:

  1. Watch your diet and exercise regularly
  2. Take RAD 140 an hour before going to the gym
  3. Buy pure RAD 140 from a trusted vendor

The last point is the most important one – If your RAD 140 is bunk, you can toss your entire cycle into the bin. Not only that, but you put yourself at risk of nasty side effects and increase the chances of suffering from life-threatening conditions.

Conclusion

While this doesn’t sound as bad as some of the other advice I’ve read online, there is room for improvement.

This article will show you exactly how to properly utilize RAD 140 for a bulk or cut and it will also show you the proper dosages to avoid doing PCT.

We will start off by introducing RAD 140, talking about its half-life, the one human study that was performed on it, and then proceed to get to the crux of the article, the proper dosages themselves.

RAD 140 Summary

RAD 140 or Testolone is a SARM known for its high anabolic to androgenic ratio (90:1).

Preclinical rat models have shown a vast increase in strength and muscle mass, as well as a blatant decrease in fat.

RAD 140 is oftentimes compared with LGD-4033, since both of these compounds harbor similar effects on the body.

RAD 140 enjoys high bioavailability and works wonders in small dosages, showing off its potency even at dosages lower than 5mgs per day.

RAD 140 Half-Life

The one clinical study done on humans has shown the half-life of RAD 140 to be around 60 hours. 

What is worthy of mentioning is the fact that dosages between 50 to 150mgs per day were used, the subjects being sixteen postmenopausal women with breast cancer.

It is questionable whether RAD 140 has the same half-life at a 10mg per day dosage, but that is beside the point.

We do know from anecdotal experiences that taking it once per day is more than enough.

Not only that, but it seems to be the most effective way of imbuing RAD 140.

Dosages Used In Studies And Human Trials

As previously mentioned, only one study has actually been performed on humans, with all the test subjects being women.

The dosages used were disproportionately high, but the women tolerated the compound quite well and no deaths occurred as a result of such a high dosage.

RAD 140 (Testolone) has shown some anti-cancerous properties, but more studies need to be done to assess the true potential of this SARM.

What is interesting to note is that the maximum tolerated RAD 140 dosage was deemed to be 100mgs per day.

However, we have to consider the fact that women were used as test subjects, and if someone were to repeat the same experiment with men using the same dosages, the threat of a complete Testosterone shutdown would be imminent.

This study doesn’t help us much in determining the perfect dosage for RAD 140, but it does show us that the compound is relatively safe to use, even in higher dosages.

RAD 140 Bulking Dosage + Example Cycle

You don’t really need to use any other compounds with RAD 140, it is strong enough on its own and will bestow you with great gains provided you stick to your diet and exercise routines.

Bulking with RAD 140 will bestow you with dry gains. You will gain around 10 pounds of muscle mass and the likelihood of besting your personal records increases by a lot once you start cycling this SARM.

While 15mgs per day might seem like a lot, it’s necessary during a bulk to really get that pump going.

To be completely safe, we’re using Clomid as a PCT in order to combat the inevitable suppression.

RAD 140 Cutting Dosage + Example Cycle

RAD 140 also works quite well during a cut, as it will help you lose a ton of fat.

While this SARM is usually utilized for a bulk, cutting with it can be an enjoyable experience provided you consume the right dosages.

We’re still using Clomid against Testosterone suppression and we’re keeping its dosage high, as we’re erring on the side of caution.

Contrary to popular belief, it is possible to imbue RAD 140 without taking PCT, you just need to lower the dosages to an acceptable degree, where you still get the awesome benefits of the compound while avoiding the ails of Testosterone suppression.

No PCT Bulking Dosage

Please note that this regimen won’t be as effective as the bulking dosage above, but if you’re really hell-bent on avoiding PCT, this is the protocol that you should follow.

You will lose some fat and a bit of weight during this cycle. Most importantly, you’ll keep all of your existing muscle mass.

Safest RAD 140 Dosage

Although no clinical trials confirm this notion, I found 5mgs per day to be the safest RAD 140 dosage around since it doesn’t require PCT while still bestowing you with awesome gains.

Not only that, but the increase in aggression some users experience is also tuned down by quite a bit, so that’s an extra plus.

While I was taking 5mgs per day in my eight-week RAD 140 log, the only adverse effects I experienced were a decrease in some of my natural hormones and a bit of irritability.

Everything else was negligible and I escaped the cycle with eight extra pounds of muscle mass!

What RAD 140 Dosage Should I Take

It mostly depends on your level of experience with RAD 140.

I would start off with 5mgs per day for my first cycle and see how my body handles the compound. Some people are so unfortunate (0,5 – 1% of the general population) that they require PCT even on a 5mg dosage. They get heavily suppressed and experience a myriad of other negative effects.

While this might be quite rare, it tells us that not every man is the same and that some people should really just opt for 2,5mgs per day or even consider dropping RAD 140 altogether.

If you’re an average person reading this and it’s your first time taking RAD 140, start off with 5mgs per day on your first cycle, and if everything goes fine, increase the dosage to 10mgs per day on your next cycle.

The highest dosage I’ve personally imbued is 15mgs per day. It’s awesome for gains during a bulk and you’ll definitely feel like you’re on something while lifting, but the side effects can be daunting.

I would never cross the 15mg per day line as that amount itself is more than enough to help you out in your fitness goals.

Anything more just puts your body in jeopardy and exasperates you as you don’t get that much more out of increasing your RAD 140 dosage.

Conclusion

RAD 140 (Testolone) is a really awesome SARM, it’s a shame that more human studies weren’t done on it, since it performs so well when it comes to building muscle mass and strength.

10mgs per day seems to be the sweet spot for oral consumption, but if you want to avoid doing PCT, I suggest opting for the 5mgs per day dosage.

One has to consider that women were given up to 150mgs of RAD 140 per day and the only side effects they’ve experienced were elevated ALT/AST levels, constipation and a low level of phosphate in the blood. 

The paper also cites weight loss as an additional side effect, which is understandable considering the condition the women were in, but for bodybuilders, that should be an extra plus.

To conclude, RAD 140 is as safe as it can get, especially when you look at the dosages I recommend, which hover between 5 to 15mgs per day.

I read a ton of reports online, as I like to keep myself updated with all the new info about SARMs, which includes anecdotal evidence as well.

While doing that, I’ve stumbled upon many experiences of people stacking these two SARMs to achieve ‘marvelous’ results.

It just goes to show how much misinformation is available online; while such a stack wouldn’t necessarily kill you, it would cause a complete shutdown in your Testosterone production, which would feel awful.

RAD140 VS YK11

Both YK11 and RAD 140 are quite suppressive, with the former being stronger than the latter in terms of the suppression experienced.

With that out of the way, let’s have a closer look at these two SARMs and see how they fare up against each other.

YK11

YK 11 is a steroidal SARM that is also a myostatin inhibitor which means that it will build a lot of muscle in a short period of time. 

Myostatin is a protein that prevents muscle growth from occurring, and bodybuilders that naturally ‘suffer’ from myostatin deficiency find themselves building a lot more muscle in shorter periods of time.

We have no human or animal data from this SARM, as it has been abandoned in clinical trials. 

While cellular studies limit the scientific scope of our research, one can still find hundreds of anecdotal reports online from real users.

RAD 140

RAD 140, also known as Testolone in the bodybuilding community is known to bestow the user with massive strength.

It’s also one of the best compounds for dry gains, as so many users happily live to tell the tale.

Unlike YK11, RAD 140 is a pure SARM and acts as a partial agonist to the androgen receptor.

This should technically mean that it is less suppressive than the former, but that doesn’t always need to be the case. 

RAD 140 works very well in low dosages and it has been shown to promote muscle growth in animal studies.

RAD 140 suffers from the same problem as YK11 – the lack of human studies makes it difficult to gouge the safety profile of this SARM.

YK11 VS RAD 140 – Half-Life

When it comes to the half-life of these two SARMs, RAD 140 vastly outperforms YK11.

You have to take YK11 twice a day to feel its full effects, as it has a half-life of only twelve hours.

Conversely, RAD 140 boasts a 60-hour half-life, which means that even if you miss your daily dosage, your blood concentration levels of RAD 140 shouldn’t fall by too much.

YK11 VS RAD 140 – Benefits

Since I’ve used both of these SARMs, I’ll inject some of my own experiences in this chapter. It will be interesting to see just how these two SARMs compare against each other when it comes to feats such as muscle growth, strength, power…

Muscle Mass

YK11 wins in this department, hands down. RAD 140 simply can’t compete with a compound whose sole purpose is to inhibit myostatin.

I’ve gained around 15 pounds of muscle in just one eight-week cycle while on YK11, while RAD 140 bestowed with around 10 pounds of muscle.

Strength

Although RAD 140 is known as ‘the strength SARM’ around bodybuilding communities, when compared to YK11, it simply fails to impress.

I felt a lot stronger and more powerful while on YK11 and the best part about all of this was that I didn’t even experience an increase in irritability or aggression.

I did feel more dominant in the gym, but it wasn’t suffused with a feeling of raw aggression, which is something that I’ve struggled with while on RAD 140.

Vascularity

Both YK11 and RAD 140 increase vascularity, but if I had to pick a winner, it would be the latter.

YK11 simply can’t compete with the fat loss RAD 140 bestows you with which indirectly causes more vascularity to be exhibited.

Motivation

You will feel increased motivation from both of these SARMs while at the gym. Your usual weights will feel lighter since both compounds increase strength, which will further drive you to lift more and more.

I have personally felt more motivation while on YK11 as it made me a beast both inside and outside of the gym. I felt invincible, full of Testosterone, manly, and out of this world.

It was quite the experience.

YK11 VS RAD 140 – Side Effects

When it comes to side effects, the stronger compound usually takes the cake, but is that the case in this instance? Let’s find out!

Testosterone suppression

When it comes to suppression, YK11 will definitely suppress you more in comparison to RAD 140. I’ve seen many bodybuilders get away with using RAD 140 and not having to do PCT, but that all changed once they introduced YK11 to their bodies.

It’s simply too strong to recover from naturally and even I had to do a four-week PCT regimen with Nolvadex while on it.

If you’re wondering what suppression feels like, the first thing you’ll notice is the lethargy and lack of libido, which is then followed by mood swings and a decrease in motivation.

Aggression

Interestingly enough, RAD 140 did make me a bit moody while I was on it. I was feeling irritable all the time, and something was always irking me.

As already mentioned, my experience with YK11 was quite different and if I had to put it in one word, it would be dominant – I felt in control during day-to-day situations and could still manage my anger.

Liver toxicity

YK11 has a methylated group added to it, which means that it’s laced with alcohol. As we all should know, alcohol is quite bad for the liver and that’s why I highly recommend using liver support while on a YK11 cycle.

With RAD 140, you will not really experience elevated AST or ALT levels, but there is always a possibility of things going awry, so I suggest that you do take a hepatic panel before and after your cycle.

Joint pain

This is something I usually don’t talk about much, but I did feel my joints hurting during RAD 140 usage

It wasn’t as pronounced with YK11 as this SARM is known for strengthening the bones alongside with giving you muscle mass.

YK11 VS RAD 140 – Results

Don’t let the nature of this article fool you into believing that one SARM is worse than the other, both of these compounds are great aids to your bodybuilding regime, and you’ll be happy you took them on.

I did gain five more pounds of muscle with YK11 in comparison to RAD 140 and YK11 bestowed me with a lot more strength.

Speaking of fat loss and vascularity, I would have to pass the torch to RAD 140, as it gave me dry gains which made my vascularity visible. It also made me lose more fat than ever!

Lastly, YK11 gave me more motivation in the gym and I felt like a monster unleashed upon the poor souls around me. It was really an awesome feeling and one that I would love every bodybuilder to experience.

YK11 VS RAD 140 - Pricing

You will usually find RAD 140 to be tad bit cheaper when compared to YK11, but the difference is negligible.

After all, you should never look at the price tag when buying SARMs and if you’re really on a budget and want to indulge in SARMs, find ways to save more money to buy quality products.

Speaking from personal experience, it really pays off when you find a reputable source that knows how to put a proper price tag on their SARMs.

Conclusion

In this article, we’ve gone ahead and compared two compounds that are among the strongest SARMs in existence.

As you could see, both of these SARMs have had their ups and downs, with YK11 winning when it comes to strength, muscle mass and performance, while RAD 140 caught up by dominating fat loss and vascularity.

All in all, if I had to recommend one or the other, I would say that it would be in your best interest to start off with RAD 140. It’s less potent than YK11 and you won’t feel that much suppression from it.

This is an advanced stack mostly practiced by bodybuilders that have been in the game for years and who know their way around SARMs and compounds similar to them, like Cardarine. 

That doesn’t necessarily have to exclude you from the awesome benefits this stack brings to the table, but you do have to learn how to properly utilize it.

Cardarine RAD 140 stack

The first thing to keep in mind is that this stack might require PCT, as RAD 140 can be quite suppressive of your natural Testosterone levels.

Another thing to pay attention to is the fact that you can either bulk or cut with this stack, meaning that it’s up to you as to what kind of results you can expect. 

Please note that dosages are going to be a bit different, respective of the body you’re trying to go for.

Dosages And Cycle Length

If you’re cutting with RAD 140 and Cardarine, this is what your dosages and cycles length should look like:

This stack ensures that you get the proper amount of RAD 140 and Cardarine needed to get that fat loss going, without overdoing it.

As you can see, PCT will most likely not be required as your body will naturally recover from the strain RAD 140 puts it under.

On the other hand, if you’re bulking, you will want to take a bit more RAD 140 and Cardarine.

Please take a look at the table below:

I only recommend this stack to bodybuilders that have been around suppressive SARMs, as it is very likely that you will in fact need PCT for this combination thanks to RAD 140.

Not only will you build a substantial amount of muscle with this stack, but you will also lose fat, which is great if you’re body recomping.

Going over eight weeks or taking more than what is prescribed only leads to disappointment as you will not see quicker results, but rather exacerbate the potential side effects of this stack.

What results should you expect

If you’re cutting, not only will you gain around two to three pounds of lean muscle, but you will also lose quite a lot of fat. 

I’ve personally been under this stack and have managed to reduce my body fat percentage from a pudgy 20% to a respectable 10%, all in just eight weeks. Cardarine was crucial for this to happen, as it gave me the endurance necessary to perform well at cardio.

RAD 140 will ensure that you experience an increase in strength, but don’t expect too much power as you’re on a caloric deficit.

I personally didn’t manage to break any records at the big three in the gym.

Vascularity was way more pronounced, and it made me feel manly both inside and outside of the gym, which was awesome.

Let’s not forget that I’ve also lost quite a bit of weight, which made me look even leaner!

On the flip side, if you’re bulking, you can expect to gain around ten pounds of muscle mass and lose up to 4% of your total body fat in the gym. 

Don’t think that you will get the same kind of vascularity as you would if you were cutting, but it’s still going to be there, and you will feel it.

If you’re after personal records, this is where you should be, as I’ve managed to improve my deadlift, squat and bench press by at least twenty pounds while on a bulk with RAD 140 and Cardarine.

Lastly, expect to gain a few pounds on the weight scale, it’s not going to be anything scary, as you will mostly be putting on new muscle.

Possible side effects

Suppression

There are many different types of suppression, ranging from mild to heavy, which is something you have to take into account whilst consuming this stack.

If you’re cutting, you will be taking less RAD 140, which means that it’s very likely that you won’t experience more than mild suppression during your cycle.

On the other side of the coin, if you’re bulking, you will be subjecting your body to 10mgs of RAD 140 every day, which might lead to heavier suppression to be experienced.

You will feel side effects such as lethargy, depression and mood swings up to a month from your last dosage.

After that, these side effects usually go away.

Aggression

You can thank RAD 140 for this one. I remember doing an eight week log on RAD 140 and the irritability and aggression experienced were quite frustrating.

The only way to mitigate this side effect is to preemptively recognize the fact that you will be a bit cranky and that those feelings are not natural but caused by RAD 140 consumption.

This side effect ceases to bother you as soon as you stop taking the stack.

Liver toxicity

I personally never take Cardarine without liver support nearby. Although PPAR delta agonists like Cardarine are usually seen as benign to the liver, with the latter, the opposite is the case.

That’s why something like milk thistle goes a long way to protect your body from any increases in your liver enzymes, i.e. liver damage.

RAD 140 + Cardarine stack PCT

As previously mentioned, if you’re cutting, you will not need PCT and I wouldn’t really put much thought into it.

Conversely, during a bulk, I would have some Nolvadex or Clomid nearby just in case things go awry. 

I didn’t feel the need to take PCT while on this stack, but I still advise you to err on the side of caution while bulking, as 10mgs a day can be quite suppressive.

In the end, it will all depend on your genetics and how well your body tolerates RAD 140, which is mostly out of your control.

Conclusion

This is a great stack for bodybuilders that are after a body recomp. 

As we all should know, body recomping is one of the most difficult feats to accomplish in bodybuilding and this stack can definitely help you out with that.

Make sure to acquaint yourself with the compounds you’re about to consume and remember that it takes time to see results.

Some people will tell you that RAD 140 is not suppressive, but they are straight up lying.

If you’ve read my RAD 140 log, you would’ve seen just how suppressed I was on week seven of my cycle.

I even considered giving up my cycle!

RAD 140 is not to be played with and you have to know what you’re doing in order to avoid strong suppression, i.e. having to do PCT.

Why Does RAD 140 Suppression Occur

Just like all other SARMs, at first, RAD 140 increases the amount of Testosterone in your body.

But your body catches up soon and realizes that it doesn’t need to produce any Testosterone on its own as there now is an exogenous source of it being supplied through RAD 140.

That’s why it stops producing the LH hormone on its own, causing suppression to occur as your natural Testosterone levels plummet.

When Does RAD 140 Suppression Occur

RAD 140 suppression usually occurs between the sixth and the seventh week of your cycle, but only if your dosages are in a normal and healthy range.

It can happen even sooner if you take astronomical dosages, such as 20 or 30mgs per day.

I know one guy who got it on week two of his cycle, just because he took a 20mg dosage every day.

He had to do PCT afterwards and reported even more side effects as a direct result of SERM usage.

To avoid such a fate, don’t take more than 10mgs a day on your RAD 140 cycle!

How Does RAD 140 Suppression Feel Like

I can only speak from my own experience, but I definitely noticed a significant drop in libido. That’s my main way of knowing that the suppression is starting.

Another big pointer is the fact that I will feel like doing nothing, even going to the gym becomes a chore. The lethargy can be quite depressing, and you will wonder what the hell is happening to you.

The drop in motivation you’ll experience is significant and can be downright crushing, as you go in one day, happily lifting and dominating weights at the gym and just a few days after, you don’t want to see a barbell ever again in your life.

I mean, people experience RAD 140 suppression differently and I just described the way it affects me.

The only way you can truly know how it feels like is to experience it yourself.

How To Avoid Doing PCT While On a RAD 140 Cycle

There are four steadfast rules you’ll have to follow:

1. Don’t cycle RAD 140 for longer than eight weeks

It’s pointless as you won’t see much muscle gain after the eight-week mark and the likelihood of experiencing strong suppression just keeps increasing the longer you take it.

2. Don’t Take High Dosages

If you’re a newbie, I would recommend you start with 5mgs a day while closely watching how your body reacts to RAD 140.

If everything feels alright after a few weeks, you may increase the dosage up to 10mgs a day, but don’t go over that.

The more RAD 140 you take, the higher the chance that you’ll experience strong suppression.

3. Monitor Your Blood Work

Anyone that is considering the consumption of RAD 140 should, in my opinion, have a blood test done before and during their cycle. This is the most accurate way of gouging your suppression and it can help you determine whether you’re fine riding it out or if you need to stop your cycle prematurely.

4. Buy Your RAD 140 From Trusted Sources
